The following constitutes an agreement between you and Hazel Dell Mushrooms, LLC ("Hazel Dell" or "we" or "us"). Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of hazeldellmushrooms.com ("Website"). By accessing, using and/or placing an order from the Website, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms” or this “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Website.
1. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). COD orders are not accepted.
If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Hazel Dell offers free standard ground domestic shipping on all orders to the US Lower 48 states, and we reserve the right to choose the shipping method used. You may also choose expedited shipping options at checkout (UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Air) and you will be charged based on shipping weight and dimensions.
Locations outside of the US Lower 48 will have both standard/post options and expedited shipping options available. Rate will be clearly visible on the checkout page next to the shipping option you select.
3. CUSTOMS DUTIES
Hazel Dell includes a commercial invoice with all international orders. Your country's customs department may charge a duty or tax on your shipment, and you a responsible for paying these fees. If your package is returned to us due to failure to pay customs duties or taxes, you are responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs.
4. RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Hazel Dell does not accept returns on farm produce. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or service, let us know and we will either promptly issue an appropriate replacement or a certificate to redeem on a future order.
All other merchandise, such as clothing or books, may be returned as long as the merchandise is in new, salable condition. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return.
5. SALES TAX
Tax will be applied to non-produce merchandise, such as shirt and books, if they are delivered to a Colorado shipping address.
6. TIMING OF BILLING/SHIPPING
Your credit card is authorized at checkout. If this authorization is not successful you will be notified at checkout and can use another card or payment type. If authorization is successful, your funds are captured immediately, and you will be sent an order confirmation email. We then check the order with a fraud and ID theft security system. If approved your order is shipped and you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. We strive to ship all orders within two business days. Please note that expedited shipping options, such as "Next Day Air" and 2nd Day Air" do not guarantee the timeframe within which you will receive your order.

Please note: Hazel Dell is NOT responsible for errors in shipping address as entered by you. Shipping is automated and based on what you enter at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address please email [email protected] for correction as soon as possible. If the package has shipped before we can correct the address, you are responsible for redirect/return shipping charges. If the package shipped by USPS, we may not be able to recover it and you are responsible for lost shipping and product price.
7. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please photograph the damage immediately and contact Hazel Dell at [email protected] .
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, we may not be able to file a claim, and you may not receive credit.
8. PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. Hazel Dell maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place your order with Hazel Dell, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
9. ERRORS ON OUR SITE
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered.
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question and how to proceed.
Hazel Dell reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge.
